I just listened to some STP and my Last.fm program gave me the whole backstory!
I did NOT know that: "Stone Temple Pilots (abbreviated STP) was a popular hard rock band formed after Scott Weiland and Robert DeLeo met at a Black Flag
concert in Long Beach, California and discovered that they were dating
the same woman. They got to know each other, rather than fight over the
woman, who eventually fled to Texas; the two moved into her old San
Diego apartment and started playing together.

We should make a new music genre for Red Hot Chili Peppers. I say "Funk Rock". Really, who else does it like them?

The preliminary line-up (as of January 22) is as follows, with the list growing in the months leading up to the festival. Exact dates and times for the acts will also be confirmed at a later date.
